Iklanin Media Digital is a pay-per-click (PPC) digital advertising management agency. We provide campaign setup, optimization, and budget tracking tools for SME clients.

3. Use of Google Ads API & Client Account Access

Clients who request budget automation and daily spend syncing authorize Iklanin Media Digital to securely query ad spend metrics via our secure internal Google Ads manager account connection. The retrieved data is strictly read-only and is utilized to manage internal client balances.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain highly accurate and reliable sync systems. However, Iklanin Media Digital is not liable for any discrepancies caused by upstream Google Ads API maintenance, network outages, or unauthorized third-party disruptions.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
